Account and progress information

When you sign in, the Workshop uses your account identifier to find your hero. Your sign-in provider may also share your name and email address so you can recognize your account.

The Workshop saves your character, equipment, coins, XP, quest attempts, submitted scores, and teacher feedback. Mr. A can review classroom progress and award rewards. Students can access their own saved hero. Course leaderboards show rostered students’ first names and last initials alongside their characters and learning totals.

The Workshop also records activity within this site: visits to game screens and the Room, estimated active time, and confirmed pack openings. Your teacher can see aggregate class trends and counts of currently equipped outfits. Active time pauses when the page is hidden, unfocused, or idle for a minute. This does not track other websites, apps, typed answers, or the contents of keystrokes. Teachers and test heroes are excluded from student usage totals.

If you send an idea or problem using Send Feedback, the Workshop saves your message and category with your account identity, hero, course, and the time sent. These messages are private to Mr. A in Teacher Desk, not anonymous or posted to other students. An unfinished draft stays in this browser tab until sent or the tab is closed.

Google sign-in requests basic identity information. It does not request access to your Gmail, Drive files, or contacts. For Google sign-in, the Workshop uses a secure cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days; signing out ends that session.

This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, and account and progress records are stored in its hosted database. Contact Mr. A for help with your saved hero or a request to remove your Workshop information.

Only enter information needed for your class. On a shared computer, sign out when you finish.
